PicPose is operated at picpose.co. You can contact us at hello@picpose.co.

2. What we collect

Selfies you upload to generate your photos
A session ID to link your photos to your payment
Payment data - handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
Aggregate analytics via Google Analytics 4 (no personal profiling)

3. How we use it

Your selfies are used solely to generate your output photos. We do not use your images to train AI models. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Third parties

We share data with the following processors only:

Stripe - payment processing (your card data goes directly to Stripe)
Supabase - temporary file storage (EU region)
Google Gemini API - AI image generation
Google Analytics 4 - aggregate analytics

5. Retention

Your selfies and generated photos are deleted within 24 hours of delivery. Anonymous session records (no images) are kept for up to 30 days for dispute resolution, then deleted.

6. Your GDPR rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@picpose.co.

7. Cookies

We use one functional session cookie to link your upload session to your payment. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies for aggregate analytics - no personal profiling is performed.
