PicPose generates AI dating photos from selfies you provide. You receive 6 photos as a one-time purchase for $19. No subscription, no account required.

Payment is $19, charged once via Stripe. Refunds are not available once generation has begun. AI compute is consumed immediately on payment, making the cost non-recoverable. If you experience a technical failure before receiving your photos, contact us at hello@picpose.co and we will resolve it.

You retain full ownership of the selfies you upload. By uploading, you grant PicPose a limited licence to process those images solely to generate your output photos. The licence ends when your files are deleted.

Output photos are for your personal use only. You may not resell them, use them to impersonate another person, or use them for commercial purposes.

Your input selfies and generated output photos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of delivery. We do not retain your images after that period.

You must not use PicPose to impersonate another person, to create deceptive content intended to harm others, or for any unlawful purpose.

Results depend on the quality of your input selfies. PicPose does not guarantee any particular match rate or dating outcome. AI-generated photos may not be perfect likenesses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicPose's liability is capped at the amount you paid ($19). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PicPose after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
